A hospitality professional with 20 years of experience, Yacine grew up in a restaurateur family in France. He has held management roles in renowned London establishments, specialising in new openings and concept development. His passion for innovation and tradition defines every venture he undertakes.
Giacomo has 15 years of experience, starting in Italy and thriving in London’s top bars, including those ranked among the world's best. An expert in concept creation and new ventures, his leadership and innovation have driven the success of renowned establishments.
Alessandro began his career in his native Napoli before developing his skills in London with Drake & Morgan, where he held multiple roles and led brigades. Now a freelance chef, he collaborates with prestigious establishments and caters to high-profile private events.
Lamine speciality is project management and Business Development with expertise in financial management and strategic analysis in the hospitality industry.
