56 West Smithfield is a friendly and cosy, urban wine bar and lounge in the City of London, where you can discover award-winning wines from a community of small-scale, independent wine-makers – directly from our vineyards to your glass. We have played a key role in bringing the vision of 56 WS to life, assisting the owners in developing the concept and providing comprehensive support through our new opening services.
We have been instrumental in bringing 56 WS to life, guiding the project from concept development to its successful launch. Our expertise has ensured a seamless opening for this cozy urban wine bar, where guests can enjoy award-winning wines from a community of small-scale, independent winemakers—delivering the vineyard experience directly to the heart of the City of London.
We have been instrumental in the relaunch of the Food & Beverage outlets at The Trafalgar St. James Hotel, working closely with the General Manager to bring the vision to life. Additionally we have provided essential support to the Food & Beverage Director, assisting with operations, training, and recruitment to establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
We have played a key role in launching 2 dynamic event spaces, overseeing licensing requirements, implementing health and safety standards, training & recruiting a core team.
