56 West Smithfield (Wine Bar)
We have been instrumental in bringing 56 WS Wine Bar & Shop to life, guiding the project from concept development to its successful launch. Our expertise has ensured a seamless opening for this cozy urban wine bar, where guests can enjoy award-winning wines from a community of small-scale, independent winemakers—delivering the vineyard experience directly to the heart of the City of London.
We played a pivotal role in bringing Origin City to life, working closely with the owners to manage the entire project from concept to completion. Our involvement included overseeing planning and construction, recruiting the full team, both kitchen and front of house, and managing the day-to-day operations. Through our hands-on support, we ensured a smooth opening and established a strong foundation for long-term success.
We have been instrumental in the relaunch of the Food & Beverage outlets at The Trafalgar St. James Hotel, working closely with the General Manager to bring the vision to life. Additionally we have provided essential support to the Food & Beverage Director, assisting with operations, training, and recruitment to establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
The Castle Hotel Windsor
We have provided comprehensive support to the hotel's General Manager, focusing on Food & Beverage operations, staff training, and recruitment. Our efforts have helped establish a capable and well-trained F&B team, ensuring the hotel's long-term operational success and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Space Unlocked (Event Space)
We have supported Space Unlocked in opening two venues, managing key aspects such as establishing a core team, providing training, ensuring health and safety compliance, handling licensing, and overseeing the first months of operations. Our hands-on involvement has helped set a strong foundation for their continued success.
